Each hoodie is machine-embroidered to order at our Melbourne studio on one of our 13 industrial embroidery machines. Production takes around 2 weeks before shipping Australia-wide.

The quality is amazing. I’m very impress of how soft the texture feels, it’s very comfortable. Despite the soft texture, the hoodie keeps its shape well while wearing and give a formal look. The embroidery is very neat and clean, even with small details. The only thing that wasn’t right for me is the size of the texts on the handcuff are not similar (left and right), but that’s my fault for not specify it. I also hope you can position the name more in the middle of the hand cuff, but overall a great product!! Thank you.
My husband loved his hoodie we got him as a Father’s Day present. The quality is great on the heavyweight. The size was true to size and maybe slightly generous so I probably should have stuck to a size smaller.
The process was so easy! I sent a couple emails about my concerns for it arriving in time, as it was an anniversary present but they responded so quickly and my package arrived before its due date!!

Got the heavyweight hoodie for my partner for our anniversary - he absolutely adores it! Suuuper super comfy, the hood itself is thick which was one of my concerns but it was amazing. The hoodie is so soft and smooth to the touch. Highly suggest requesting them to send you an email for approval to make sure adjustments have been made before the hoodie is produced, I was speaking to Ariane and she was absolutely lovely.
If you're looking to get this one, this is a slightly oversized fit (which in my partner's case was perfect <3) so if that's what you're going for get your normal size! If you're looking for a normal fit I'd suggest sizing down.

It was a great experience. Queries were answered promptly. The embroidery is top notch. Bear in mind, they aren't joking when they say the sizing runs large for the hoodies. I normally wear medium, I should've gotten a small as the medium is HUUUUUGGGEEEEE!

I got a jumper for my husband for Christmas, our rabbit was stitched on the front. The jumper is such beautiful quality and the stitching is awesome and looks exactly like our little guy!
