Shirt is comfy and good quality. The design based on my pet's picture was pretty good - didn't require any edits. But obviously they use AI to generate the design, so it's got a little bit of that swirly look to it. I liked the design regardless. The quality of the actual embroidery is OK - there's a couple loose /extra threads, but nothing terrible. Overall I'll definitely buy again but only when there's a sale.

Just want to flag that we do not use any type of AI when making our products. We have a team of artists that work on each design personally. Each drawing is drawn from scratch, and stylised within each artists style.

I think I ordered a size that’s much too big for my friend — lesson learned! I also wish I’d picked a colour instead of keeping it plain; I feel like it would’ve added a lot more personality. Hoping it still works out, but next time I’ll be a bit more mindful with sizing and style.
It was an easy process and the result was great. The embroidery looks just like my dogs. I was worried that my design would have become out of date as it was so long since I ordered a tshirt, but it was retrieved without incident. Thorough recommend RK Threads.

Ordering was a pretty easy process. There was a little misunderstanding via email with approving the line drawing, but it was no big deal. Positive experience over all. Will definitely purchase again in future & will recommend as a great gift idea to other friends.

The whole process was really easy and the team captured our pets perfectly, down to the anxiety in the cat's eyes in the photo and my sisters loved them!

Being custom there is a bit of a wait time between order and dispatch and I ordered during the black friday sale so I imagine it was super busy too.
Well worth it though. 11/10 would recommend.
This was a Christmas gift for my husband. Our cat was his first pet and he adores her. She passed away shortly after Christmas this year, and he says the shirt is the best gift ever. The quality is top notch and the embroidery was perfect (or maybe I should say purrfect).
