All orders are made to order, and it depends on where you are. Orders processed in Australia will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We offer a one time fee of $40 to set up your logo for embroidery. This is only charged once and it means you can order more items, whenever you want!
Most often, text is easy enough to replicate for embroidery, without the need for a setup fee. However, there can be exceptions - especially if you want a text design that is not available on the product listing. In case of questions, it is best to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we can assist you further.
