I made an enquiry and it was responded to quickly and clearly. I made the order without issue and no edits were made after reviewing the design. Super happy with the product and excited to gift it on father's day!
An excellent cap. Metal adjuster clasp is quality and well set which I love, because as soon as they break a hat becomes functionally useless.
Will be ordering more of these so I can wear the exact same hat in different colours depending on my fit.
I ordered my boyfriend a cap that says "My girlfriend is a cougar". He loves it so much he wears it in public and people are confused.
He says its comfortable and it fits him great!
Cap came exactly as I hoped it would be.
Love the quality, you clearly listened to additional comments re layout of text.
I’ve recommended you to friends, but given the following warnings.
-can’t preview colours before ordering; makes you less confident to order
-buckle used to tighten will leave a mark on your forehead if cap is worn backwards
-only flat brim options (need to curve it yourself)
Suggestion for marketing:
Design of the month (perhaps poll?); showcase designs sent in and let people purchase them.
Bulk ordering for you, and maybe discounts for winners, along with another meaningful opportunity for an email sent each month. I wouldn’t feel spammed responding to a poll with fun designs.
My design was pretty eh, but I still had people ask where I bought it.

Freaking LOVE!! I am so absolutely incredibly stoked about these hats! I got two types made for my bachelorette and they are exactly how I envisioned, better even as the thread has a pearly tone to it. I’m so excited to give them to everyone, I know they’re going to love them!!

Only issue i had was the colour of the cap wasnt clearly displayed on the website. It arrived as a more teal colour than forest green which was a bit disappointing.
