The whole process was really easy and the team captured our pets perfectly, down to the anxiety in the cat's eyes in the photo and my sisters loved them! Shirts are also really nice. Being custom there is a bit of a wait time between order and dispatch and I ordered during the black friday sale so I imagine it was super busy too. Well worth it though. 11/10 would recommend.
