Upload your pet's photo in the customiser. We trace and digitise it into a single-line illustration, then machine-embroider it onto the hoodie. The first embroidery location is included; extra spots are available at checkout for an additional cost.
Each hoodie is machine-embroidered to order at our Melbourne studio on one of our 13 industrial embroidery machines. Production takes around 2 weeks before shipping Australia-wide.

Very easy ordering process, turned out exactly as is hoped. Has been lived in and washed lots, the colour of jumper and the stitching are holding up really well. My partner, who I bought the jumper for, is really tall and often when he gets things in 2/3XL they're just wider and not much longer. We were both really pleased to see the jumper is long enough and not boxy. I'll be ordering more!

We got an embroidered jumper for my husband for Father’s Day of my 5 year olds drawing of our family. It was honestly the cutest thing and I was very impressed with how much detail was included from her original (very detailed) drawing. The quality was beautiful and my husband LOVED the gift.

Great quality product, and a service team that was wonderful to deal with. Only gave 4 stars rather than 5 as I think the price at the top of the page should be the all inclusive price, whereas I think it isn’t clear enough until you go through the ordering process that it doesn’t actually include the cost of doing the personalisation.

Great, quality hoodie! Easy to upload kids' pictures and lots of choice of colour for the jumper and thread, text, size and position of picture feature. Nice quick turnaround too just in time for Father's Day!
